Portrait

Portrait began as documentation of my daughter as she grew through her first year. As the year passed and we were forced into a life of quarantine and social distancing, I became enamored with the light that filtered through our patio window and the Caravaggio-like effect it created in our space. I enjoy dramatic lighting and the emphasis it can create on a subject.
